Press Release June 2008The National Drug Council (NDC) in an effort to address the continuing community concerns of; Driving Under the Influence (DUI’s), increased levels of intoxication, underage drinking and increased incidents of violence under the influence, have recently proposed that bartenders and managers of liquor licensed establishments be “TIPS” (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) trained, certified and registered by the National drug Council.
